My Grandparents Day - It was Great too!

How lucky am I to have my Great Grandparents, and both sets of Grandparents in town to see me! I was missing one Great Grandma and one Grandpa, but hope to see them soon!

Mommy was testing out her new camera and remote, she made everyone say Cheese about a hundred times! I am glad she did, we got some super pictures of me with the Grandparents!

My Great Grandpa kept tickling me, and I laughed and laughed. I love my time with Great Grandma, she rocked me all day long.

This picture has four Generations! I told everyone to do a funny shot, but I guess I was the only one sticking my tongue out.

Nana Joan snuck in a kiss!

Cousin Mya's 2nd Birthday

Another Birthday in April.... is everyone in the world born in April but me? Well at least my little world. Lets see, Mom, Pa-Pa D, Ma-Ma D, Poppa R, Mya, anyone else I am forgetting??

Uncle Scott and I just chilling out on the couch. I don't get to see much of my Uncle Scott because he works so hard being a Chef, I need to call up his boss Donald Trump and tell him to give my Uncle a day off already. Hey Donald we need to eat some of Uncle Scotty's yummy food too.

Great Grandma & Grandpa were able to come down, so did my Great Aunt Cindy! I love seeing my Great-family, Aunt Cindy kept making me laugh.

I can't wait to start running around, Kai and I are going to have so much fun chasing the girls around the house!
We had a great time, and Mya got tons of great pink fluffy stuff.

Happy Birthday Mommy

Whoa my momma is how old today? Is that in dog years? I gave mom my bday present last night, I slept through the whole night! But I was raring to go this morning at 6 am. Dad gave mommy some beautiful flowers.
Here are some pictures we took this morning to celebrate mom's bday.

Oh and it was the first time I got to feel grass, those pics are below too.

Grandpa, Grandma and Alegra gave mommy a cake, balloons and a card! Mommy loves cake, I hope she brings some home for Daddy and Me.

Grandpa is so funny, his card read "From all of us, In honor or your birthday the Boss would like you to take the Whole Day Off.... Next Saturday will be just Fine!" You can see by mom's face that she thought that was funny!

On to Grass, what exactly is this prickly Green stuff. Although it is thick enough that I am able to sit up on my own.
Well at least for a minute or two. Grandma got an action shot as I started to fall over!

Teeth update

So I have these things in my mouth for about one week now and they are growing! Who wants to put their finger in my mouth now?!? Mom and Grandma D. did and I showed them how strong my chompers are. They both let out a scream and quickly removed their fingers, that will teach them.

Chase E. Powell, Tax Guru

Happy April 15th to all.. You need to get some last minute deductions, you have come to the right place.

I have watched Mommy and Grandpa D help their clients, I have decided that I am joining the family business as well.

Alright lets get started, tick tock, we only have till midnight tonight! I haven't met my Uncle Sam just yet, wonder if he will be around for mommy's birthday?

Deductions... deductions... hmm what can we possibly deduct this year?!?

Let me check my trusty Publication 17....

Hmmm a highlighter, can I deduct this as an office expense, ohh how about meals and entertainment? It is super tasty and I am having fun chewing on it.

Deductions.. Oh I know, I can deduct ME!

What is this in my mouth

I can push my tongue on it and it won't move! Ouch that is sharp and my gums are soar, what is going on? Grandma D and I went to the mall yesterday, and when she was getting ready to put me in the stroller she saw something sparkle in my mouth. She took the burp cloth and tried to wipe it out, but it wouldn't come out! Low and behold I have a tooth poking out. A tooth, already, mom said her little baby is becoming a young man.

Did you know that when you get a tooth, a tooth fairy comes to visit and brings you four quarters, that is a dollar!! I am a son of an accountant, so straight to my piggy bank it went. You can go ahead and alert the tooth fairy, that I already have my second one starting to make its way to the top! You can almost see it in these pictures. Pretty soon I will have my two bottom front teeth. So I guess Dad won't be putting his fingers in there for me to gnaw on.

Poor mom, she is sad her little boy is growing up so fast, and no more toothless smiles. That is ok, now I will have a two toother smile! I can't wait to see what other exciting thing is next! I have a feeling it will be crawling. I am practicing rocking back and forth while I am on my hands and knees.

Bad Bad Boys... Whatcha gonna Do?

Whatcha gonna do when my Daddy's after you..... That's right, my Dad is officially a policeman!! He worked so hard to get through the academy, mommy delivered me while he was in school, and he had to take a day off for my arrival.

Here we all are at his swearing in. No it isn't a lot of profanity going on...that only happens when he is driving and mommy is in the car.. well that is another story.

Congrats Dad.. We are so proud of you.

I'm a Vegetarian

I am exclusively on Soy formula and I got to eat my first solid...PRUNES!! The regular formula wasn't agreeing with my tummy and the prunes were an intervention. I need to get things moving if you catch my drift, (pee ewe)!

So Aunt Alyssa isn't the only vegetarian in the family. Hmm I wonder, am I still a vegetarian if I chew on Baker and Copper?

Here Dad is feeding me my first solid. Dad thought it smelled yummy, can't you tell. I wasn't quite sure what to think about the sweet purple stuff at first. It was different than the Oatmeal I have been eating.

As you can see here I had to scratch my ear.

But it didn't take me too long to gobble it all up, I made sure to help dad feed me. He wouldn't give me the spoon so I took matters into my own HANDS! Yumm-O (channeling Rachael Ray) Yes even Vegetarians heart Ray Ray.

Mom thought ahead and only dressed me in my diaper. As soon as Dad finished smearing prunes on me, she took me straight to get a bath.

I was hoping to save a little for later but no such luck. She got me squeaky clean from my Ear to my toes!

My Best Friends

I love our two dogs Baker and Copper. They are so gentle and let me climb all over them. I wore Copper out the other day, he had to take a nap while I kept on playing!

The following pictures will be narrated by my buddy Baker.

Here is Chase and I playing our favorite game of "catch my tongue", one of mom's least favorite by the way.

Chase is exploring his new world by touching, petting, and PULLING everything towards his mouth! He hasn't realized that the soft fuzzy stuff on my back is attached to ME!

The picture to the right is me saying EEOOOWWWW Chase.

Ah it didn't really hurt, I gave him kisses to let him know I was ok.

Whew.. he wears me out to, I am with Copper, I need a nap!
